Because these items are handmade and include living plants, I do not accept standard returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I will do my best to offer a replacement or refund.

📦 Damaged in Transit?

If your bird bowl or plant arrives broken or in poor condition:

• Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

🌍 Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to France, Europe, and select international destinations. If you're outside these regions and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out—we'll see what’s possible.

⏳ Processing Time

Each item is packed by hand with great care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

• France: Colissimo, La Poste, or Mondial Relay

• EU countries: Colissimo International or UPS

• Rest of World: DHL or tracked international courier (plant-free shipping only, depending on customs regulations)

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. I always aim to offer the best rate with tracking and protection.

🌱 Packaging & Eco Care

• All packaging is plastic-free, using recyclable or compostable materials

• Live sedum plants are shipped either bare-root or in dry soil (depending on destination and regulations)

• Ceramics are cushioned and double-boxed when needed for safe transport

❗ Important Notes

• Live plants cannot be shipped to some countries due to customs restrictions

• If you are ordering from outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply—these are the buyer's responsibility
