Because these items are handmade and include living plants, I do not accept standard returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I will do my best to offer a replacement or refund.

Each item is packed by hand with great care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Live sedum plants are shipped either bare-root or in dry soil (depending on destination and regulations)

Ceramics are cushioned and double-boxed when needed for safe transport
